《小公主苏菲亚》动画电视系列剧中除了主人翁，其实还加入了其他迪士尼公主和角色客串，最大吸引力就是有些片段总有好听的全新迪士尼歌曲。虽然动画对象是年轻的小朋友，但是对于迪士尼粉丝们来说当然不容许错过，尤其是那些好听的歌曲。其中一集Sofia公主和阿姨（好有Mary
Poppins特色的角色）踏上冒险之旅，旅途中为了鼓励小公主，而合唱了“Recipe
For Adventure”。听着听着，就自然而然听上瘾了，好有度假休闲，想象在开放式的厨房准备美食的料理。。。“冒险的秘方不仅必须要有勇气，而且还要有话头醒尾的机智和幸运女神的祝福！”，尤其chorus的歌词部分真是好有意思，也好容易哼唱。
